Shipping & delivery

1. Where we ship

Kalaakari currently ships within Tamil Nadu only. We are working towards shipping more widely — please check back soon.

2. Shipping charge

We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹49 per order, shown at checkout before you pay.

3. Dispatch and delivery time

As our items are made to order, we dispatch within 3–5 business days of order confirmation. Delivery within Tamil Nadu then typically takes a further 2–4 business days via our courier partner, Shiprocket. Most orders therefore arrive within about 5–9 business days.

4. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking link by email or WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel.

5. Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

6. Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, weather, public holidays or other events beyond our reasonable control, though we will always help you track and resolve any issue.
