These Terms & Conditions govern your use of kalaakari.store and any purchase you make from us. Kalaakari is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Mythili, based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About our products

Kalaakari makes personalised and handcrafted gifts — including apparel, bibs, cards and mugs — that are produced to order. Because items are handmade, slight variations in colour, finish and placement are normal and are not considered defects.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Personalisation and your content

• You are responsible for the accuracy of all personalisation details you provide, including spelling, names, dates and uploaded artwork. We produce items exactly as per the details you submit, so please check them carefully before confirming your order.
• By uploading or sending us any text, image, logo or artwork, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it, and you agree to indemnify Kalaakari against any claim arising from your content.
• We may decline or cancel any order whose content is unlawful, infringing, offensive or otherwise objectionable, and will refund any amount paid for such an order.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are shown on the product pages. The total payable, including the shipping charge, is displayed at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We may update prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion — for example, if an item is unavailable or the personalisation content is not acceptable. A contract is formed only once we confirm your order.

6. Shipping and returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and currently available within Tamil Nadu only. Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Please read both before ordering.

7. Intellectual property

All content on kalaakari.store — including our designs, logos, text and images — is owned by Kalaakari and may not be copied or used without our written permission. You retain ownership of the content you upload for personalisation and grant us a limited licence to use it solely to produce and deliver your order.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kalaakari is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Indian law.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
